Returns and Refunds Policy
We stand by the The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand.
Returns or exchanges of unopened goods will be assessed on a case by case basis and may include a refund, exchange or store credit.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer an exchange or credit where you contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Vitamins.co.nz must receive the items for return within 21 days of your order being delivered. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted for health and safety reasons.
We are not able to accept returns for change of mind purchases for items that have been out of our care for over 14 days.
Vitamins.co.nz will offer an exchange or credit provided that:
You produce either your receipt, order number or other adequate proof of purchase
The item is in re-saleable condition meaning that it is in its original packaging, unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition
The product is not one where a change of mind return is not available.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Vitamins.co.nz reserves the right not to offer an exchange, or credit.
Do not return goods without contacting us first.
Then return to us by either courier or registered post to the address below.
Please Include proof of purchase and a detailed description of why you are returning the product
Once received in our warehouse, we will process the return within 5 business days to ensure a quick refund.
In the case of a refund please note a restocking fee of $9.99 will be incurred and any AAsmartfuel discounts that have been redeemed will be deducted from your total refund.

Free shipping NZ-wide on all orders over $60 NZD, excluding rural addresses which incur a $3.99 surcharge per case/box.
Orders under $60 NZD will incur a $2.99 fee for a non rural delivery or $6.99 for a rural address per case/box.
We ship with CourierPost, New Zealand's largest & fastest delivery company.
We ship three times daily from our Auckland brick and mortar store.
All orders are usually dispatched between 1 to 5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
We do ship to PO Boxes.
Please allow for an extra day to rural address.
Unfortunately no pick ups are allowed at this time.

Expired Goods Policy
Expiry dates for products varies from a few months on gels and bars to a few years on pills and powders. Vitamins.co.nz will endeavour to never ship items that are expired or within two months of their expiry date. Should you be unhappy with this policy as it relates to items received in your order, please contact us and we will try and rectify the situation. Reduce to clear and short dated products sold as such are non-refundable and will have dates listed in the item description.
